  1. I'm just outside of Vector (first time). Is it worth starting over to see the new content, or am I not missing anything?

    1. There is zero need to start over. Most of the significant new content is in the World of Ruin anyway.

  2. Yo Fauntleroy!

You probably remember me, but I played and enjoyed the hell out of your Golbez Hack and reviewed it on my site. I'll try to get around to doing the same for this one!

  3. Would you mind terribly if I did a gameplay abd commentary on my youtube channel of this edition?

    2. I'm not really a famous Youtuber or anything, I only have a few loyal viewers. But I love FF6 and frankly, General Leo, so I would love to give this a go.

  4. Any chance you can tell me where to get a Regal Cutlass or Princess Guard? According to an NPC, these seem to be what I'm missing, and a wiki says the former can be bought in South Figaro. . . except it can't. And according to google, the latter is strictly a Final Fantasy VII weapon.
The cave where (I believe) you get Shadow's weapon just had. . . Relm. Which is curious, considering I already had her on my airship. O.o.

I'd really hate for 20+ hours to go to waste (or to pull out what's left of my hair), so any help would be really realy appreciated.

    1. never mind. Found it (close enough anyway).
Ironically, I'd wanted to get Leo before going back for Terra. heh

    2. Ha ha, sorry for any undue confusion! I didn't want to actually mention the name of the item that you refer to because I wanted it to be a surprise. BUT, I thought I needed to make some kind of oblique reference so that the player would be able to figure out what I was talking about. Anyway, thanks for your comments!

  5. Question: Why couldn't you get rid of Edgar?

    1. I could have but I didn't want to. That would have necessitated a much larger change to the overall storyline.

  7. Hi, I don't know if you still check this page, but if you do I wanted to drop in and say thanks for the awesome alternate timeline version of FF6. The lines were very well written and appropriate for what each character would say, and I felt as if it could have shipped with this storyline, too.

And if you ever feel up for more FF6 projects, I can tell you playing through this definitely left me wanting more, because I liked it so much. It was the same feeling I got when I played through FFVII and just couldn't wait to see what happened next.
